SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs indicated below are valid only for the delivery of products in Italy. For foreign countries, shipping costs vary according to the place of destination of the goods and are communicated directly to the Customer at the time of purchase.

  • For orders of 1 to 3 bottles for an amount up to € 25.00, shipping costs are € 6.00;
  • For orders of 1 to 3 bottles for an amount exceeding € 25.00 shipping costs are free of charge.
  • For orders of 4 to 6 bottles up to € 45.00 shipping costs are € 7.50;
  • For orders of 4 to 6 bottles for an amount exceeding € 45.00 shipping costs are free.
  • For orders of 7 to 18 bottles for up to € 65.00 shipping costs are € 9.00;
  • For orders of 7 to 18 bottles for an amount exceeding € 65.00 shipping costs are free of charge.
  • For orders of 19 to 30 bottles up to € 85.00 shipping costs are € 11.00;
  • For orders of 19 to 30 bottles for an amount exceeding € 85.00 shipping costs are free of charge.

METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Unless otherwise agreed, the Products will be delivered to the billing address as indicated in the Order Form.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver Your Products within 7 days from the date of issuance of the Order Confirmation.

Should we be unable to deliver within thirty days from the date of issuance of the Order Confirmation, you may cancel the Order. Title of ownership and risks related to the Products shall pass to you upon delivery.

Express Courier - DELIVERIES IN ITALY

All our products are delivered in Italy by Express Courier.

All shipments are normally made within 3-4 working days, following receipt of payment. Delivery may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general, or by act of the Authorities.

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (from 09:00 to 18:00). There is no telephone notification service.

If the courier does not find anyone at the address provided for delivery, they will leave a card (delivery notice) with instructions for a second delivery.

The package will remain in storage at the courier's warehouses for 5 days. After this period, the package will be automatically returned to our warehouses.

Notes: In addition to the complete address, the courier will also be provided with the recipient's telephone number, if indicated during registration, in order to communicate any logistical problems.

At the time of delivery, the buyer will undertake to verify the integrity of the packages (in particular, that they are perfectly sealed, not damaged or wet, or in any case tampered with or damaged in any way). Do not accept the package if it is not intact or if it is damaged. Any complaints must be immediately raised with the courier, and subsequently communicated to our company via email (info@castorani.it).

Podere Castorani s.r.l. is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier. Delivery delays do not entitle to any refund.

The loss of goods by the courier entitles the buyer to receive the same or similar product as ordered, within the time necessary for our company to process the claim.
