Aroma: the nose reveals aromas of fresh and dried fruits, with gourmet notes of nougat and honey.

Taste: extremely fresh, crispy and fruity, it leaves a persistent minerality at the end of teh tasting.

Pairing: excellent with food, it is perfectly matching with raw fish, seafood risotto or lobster.
