Colour: straw yellow with greenish hints and a fine and persistent effervescence.

Aroma: intense aromas of white flowers, acacia, white peach and apple.

Taste: intense floral, with hints of white fruits, fresh and balanced due to the persistent effervescence.


Variety: 100% Prosecco. Vineyard: located in the area of production of Prosecco in Valdobbiadene. Training system: Cappuccina. Yield per Hectare: 12 t/ha maximum. Harvest: end of September. Vinification: soft press, fermentation at controlled temperature for the attainment of the basic wine and production of the sparkling wine by the "Charmat" method for over 30 days. Fining: over 1 month in the bottle. Alcohol volume: 11,5% vol.
