Rosso Colline Pescaresi IGT

Colour: intense garnet red, very dense in the glass.

Aroma: intense spiciness, with hints of plums, cherries and herbs.

Taste: warm, it shows a perfect balance among the power of the tannins, the high alcohol and the refreshing acidity. Never ending after taste.


Vintage: 2006. Alcohol volume: 17% vol. Bootle volume: 0,75 lt. Allergens: Sulfites. Meters above sea level: 340 meters. Exposure: South, South-East. Training system: horizontal trellis system Yield per hectare: 10 t/ha. Soil: deep clay soils, rich of underground rocks Harvest: by hand in the middle of October, accurate grape selection. Appassimento: grapes are dried within 100 days at low temperature in a special desiccation room. Vinification: fermented with skins at 30º C in concrete tanks, manual pump-over and "délestages". Extended maceration up to 40 days. Aging: 48 months in 500 l oak barrels. Bottle aging: 48 months.
