Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC

Colour: ruby red with violet tones.

Aroma: intense red fruit notes, with light hints of spices and chocolate.

Taste: medium bodied to the palate, mature tannins, and notes of spices and chocolate.


Vintage: 2016. Alcohol volume: 13% vol. Bootle volume: 0,75 lt. Allergens: Sulfites. Variety: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 100%. Training system: traditional overhead trellis system "pergola" of Abruzzo region. Yield per hectare: 12 t/ha. Harvest: by hand in October, accurate grape selection. Vinification: fermentation a 28º C with frequent pump-over "délestages", and maceration for over 14 days in 150 hl vats. Malolactic Fermentation: complete. Ageing: 12 months in concrete tank.
