Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC Superiore

Colour: intense straw yellow.

Aroma: intense notes of white flowers and exotic fruits.

Taste: citrus and mineral, full and rich, with after taste finish of mature almonds.


Vintage: 2018. Alcohol volume: 12,5% vol. Bootle volume: 0,75 lt. Allergens: Sulfites. Variety: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 100% Meters above sea level: 340 metres Exposure: south, south-west. Training system: traditional overhead trellis system "pergola" of Abruzzo region and vertical trellis system. Yield per hectare: 10 t/ha. Soil: deep clay soils with a rich texture. Harvest: by hand in the second half of September, accurate grape selection. Vinification: initial cold maceration (pre-fermentation) for 12 hours, soft pressing, fermentation at low temperatures. Malolactic Fermentation: partial. Ageing: in vats "sur lies" for 4-5 months.
